03.11 The universal external blocks

In the universal external blocks of a semi-production series (-L) the temperature controller of condensation and the heater of a case is established. It allows the conditioner not only, not to lose the efficiency during the work on cooling at decrease in temperature of street air below a mark of +15 °C, but also to use them for work in the cooling mode at low environment temperatures.
